- Quality- Are you sending reminder cards that reflect the quality of your practice? If you are getting your cards free from a pharmaceutical company, or paying just a few cents for each card, it probably looks that way to your clients. We call reminders the "tip of the spear"- the customer- facing tool that reflects your image. Consider a well designed card that is professionally printed. A four color glossy card will get noticed and will reflect the quality of your practice.
- Size- Does your reminder card get lost in the mail? We received a card from a practice that was the size of an index card and had been run through a dot matrix printer. We almost threw it away because it was lost within the free coupons! Consider sending a larger card, with a minimum size of 4.25"x 5.5". It doesn't cost that much more to send, but the results can be well worth it.
- Personalization- What if the card had the client's name on the front, along with a high-quality image? That card will more likely end up on the refrigerator than lost in the free coupons- or in the trash. Make the reminder card look like it was made for your client!
You communicate more to your clients than you think with your reminder cards. If you need help in upgrading you reminders, check out the high quality offerings by MSS Reminder Cards (which are personalized and can be sent automatically, just by uploading your mailing list) or Vet Wholesale Supply (high-quality cards that you can print yourself).
Remember, your reminder cards are the "tip of the spear." Make sure they get results!
